SHIPPING & PACKAGING POLICY

To guarantee peak plant health, your live plants, seeds, and gardening tools are dispatched directly from our verified regional partner nursery hubs. If your order contains multiple product types, items may arrive in specialized, separate packages to ensure safe transit.

1. Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

2. Delivery Timelines:
Standard delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days depending on your location across India.

3. Live Plant Transit Care:
All plants are packed in specialized protective materials to ensure they reach you healthy and hydrated. Minor transit shock (slight drooping or yellowing leaves) is normal and recovers with proper watering.

4. Tracking:
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your order until delivery.
